Pricing that scales with you.

A platform fee, plus seats or a pooled credit budget. Two ways to pay:

• Seats (Team, Business): €200 per project owner seat per month, with 30,000 credits, and €20 per knowledge user seat per month, with 3,000 credits. Interviewees use knowledge user seats.
• Full credit mode (Enterprise): no seat cost. One pooled credit budget for the whole account, that everyone draws on.

A credit is €0.01. Nothing to reconcile at month end.

Project owners run the knowledge capture: they set up the knowledge store, launch and assign Clara's interviews, work with Clara, and edit and version the artifacts. Usually 1 to 3 per project.

Knowledge users have seats to query the curated knowledge through MCP, the Playground or the workflows you host with us, or to take an interview with Clara.

One person, one seat. Nobody is billed twice.

Seats are billed monthly. Each seat has its own credit wallet, filled each month with 30,000 credits for a project owner seat and 3,000 for a knowledge user seat. The wallet caps what one person can consume, so a heavy user never eats the whole project. When someone needs more, admins move credits between wallets or top one up, and set alerts to see it coming. A credit is €0.01.

Full credit mode removes the seat cost altogether. You buy one pooled credit budget for the whole account, and owners, users and interviewees all draw on it. Simpler when the population is large or changes often. Available on Enterprise.

Yes. In Seats mode every wallet is capped at its monthly allowance. In Full credit mode the pooled budget is the cap. Nothing runs past a cap without a decision from you.

Instance admins see consumption per person and per run. They set alerts, move credits between wallets, and add credits when a project needs more, at any time and from the console.

A credit is €0.01. Two things consume credits: parsing documents, and everything that runs through Clara.

Documents are charged on every processing run, whatever you query the data with later.

Clara covers everything that runs through Clarifeye itself: chatting with Clara, her interviews, task automation and the Playground. When an external AI client calls our MCP, those people simply count as knowledge users. No credits are consumed.

Bring your own keys (Enterprise) and every credit above is divided by two, since the model usage runs on your own contract.

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Team plan, no credit card required. Run real interviews with Clara, load your documents, see what comes back. At the end of the trial, pick a plan to keep going or simply let it lapse.

No. Clarifeye is MCP-native: when external AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, your own agents) read your knowledge through MCP, no credits are consumed. Those people simply count as knowledge users, and you pay those providers directly for their tokens. Credits apply only when the work runs through Clarifeye itself: Clara, her interviews, the Playground, the workflows we host. With your own keys, on Enterprise, those credits are halved.

Cloud, our multi-tenant platform, is available on every plan. Business adds EU or US data residency. Enterprise adds Dedicated Cloud, a single-tenant instance we run for you, and Customer Cloud, Clarifeye running inside your own cloud account, still managed by us. The platform behaves the same everywhere. Only where it runs changes.

BYOK, bring your own keys, is available on Enterprise: Clarifeye calls the models through your own contract with the model provider. You pay them directly, and every credit is divided by two.

A named senior Clarifeye engineer attached to your account instead of a shared support queue: a direct channel and regular working sessions with your team.

They embed with you, co-designing your first knowledge capture sessions with your subject-matter experts, setting up the right processing pipelines, and staying close to your stack until you're self-sufficient.

If you stop your subscription, you can export everything you built on Clarifeye: knowledge artifacts (briefs, playbooks, mental maps), source data, structured extractions, and version history, in open formats. No proprietary lock-in. It's part of what the platform fee buys.
